For undergraduate students, we offer summer internships in the U.S. and Europe for rising juniors and seniors. For M.B.A. students, we offer internships for those entering their final year of schooling with the potential for full-time opportunities upon graduation.

Undergraduate Intern Program

Program Overview	6-8 week undergraduate program intended for rising juniors and seniors interested in the field of asset management.
Locations	Chicago and New York
Start Date	June and July
Learning Tracks	Business & technology solutions Distribution Emerging market debt Equity research Fixed income Marketing Operations
Program Highlights	Learning exchange with other financial services firms Firmwide speaker series Investment Management speaker series (lunch and learn) Human Resources-led interviewer training Access to MyPath courses in learning management system
Advancement Opportunity	Possible return intern offer for fall/winter and/or the following summer.

M.B.A. Intern Program

Program Overview	8-10 week graduate program intended for M.B.A. students completing their first year of business school at a top-tier university.
Locations	Chicago and New York
Start Date	June
Learning Tracks	Equity research – U.S. Equity research – global
Program Highlights	Learning exchange with other financial services firms Firmwide speaker series Investment Management speaker series (lunch and learn) Access to MyPath courses in learning management system
Advancement Opportunity	Successful completion of the program may result in a full-time offer post-graduation.
