Scott McLaughlin was tapped to replace John Moore, who steps away from his day-to-day management and operations responsibilities as the head of institutional sales, trading, and research, as Head of Equities. McLaughlin draws on a 23-year career in investment banking, McLaughlin has managed all aspects of equity and convertible sales, sales trading, equity and convertible trading, electronic trading, and research and access programs, complete with international experience.
