William Blair research analyst Stephen Sheldon provided his perspective on how the acquisition strategy underway by commercial real estate investing firm Colliers is impacting stock performance.

“[Management is] conservatively positioned in its brokerage assumptions, which could allow for meaningful upside if commercial real estate transaction volumes rebound more strongly than management’s base case,” Sheldon wrote in a note to investors that was cited by the publication.
