William Blair was honored as a top workplace in financial services by Energage, a human resources tech company, in its national industry list released in July.
The list is based on employee surveys, assessing 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of an organization including manager effectiveness, ethics, opportunities, benefits, and more. The Top Workplaces program has a 16-year history of surveying more than 27 million employees and recognizing the top organizations across 60 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards.
William Blair was recognized as top workplace among U.S. financial companies with 1,000 to 2,499 employees. Earlier this year, William Blair was named to Energage’s overall Top Workplaces USA list.
